About Me

Compassionate and experienced, I work collaboratively to create a safe and accepting space to address matters of your concern.  With a relationship built on safety trust and a bit of humor, we can move toward greater clarity and personal growth.

I have extensive training and experience in psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Internal family systems theory (IFS) mindfulness training, and narrative work.  Together we will identify goals and create the right fit that works for you.

I obtained my Master’s of Social Work degree from Simmons School of Social Work and a Certificate in Addictions Fellowship Studies at Harvard’s Norman E. Zinberg Department of Psychiatry.

I am a Member of NASW and serve on the board of the Social Work Therapy Referral Service Commission.
